Hi,
the company I work for has OL2003 and office2000. I know that I can't use
word2000 to be the default editor for OL2003. I need to use email merge so I
went directly to word2000 and used the email merge feature there. the problem
I have is when I send emails from word I lose all the formatting. the
recepients get an email in plain text format which does not look very
professional at all. anyway to fix that??
