When I get to the point where it says 'Select e-mail merge output' I try to
do an email preview and I get this error message:
"The connection to the recipient list has been lost. Check that the file
has not been moved or deleted and that the network location is accessible."
How can the file have been moved or deleted when I just selected it in the
previous step? What should I do to resolve this problem?
