Iam puzzled, a user has sent an email to 1 recipient yet it has been
delivered to multiple. I have looked at the email and it has only one
address in the To: field and nothing else??

Has anyone any ideas how this could have happened?

Thank you in advance.......

No it was sent to a single email address... for eg
(e-mail address removed)

but in the message tracking it states delivered to multiple addresses all
within the organisation??

Investigate the recipient address. Does the recipient have an alternate
recipient enabled?
