Email printout doesn't show attachments as icons

Attachment icons are missing when I print out an email
that does have attachments. I only get text

In what format are these messages? I'm guessing they're in HTML format. If
this is the case, you'll need to change their format by selecting Edit |
Edit Message and Format | Plain Text.
