email receiving question

Grreetings all,

I recently changed for OE to outlook 03.
I had no prblem moving emails address, etc.

My problem is now after I receive emails, I delete the ones I no longer need
or move to a new folder that I created.
The next time I check emails, they all seems to download again and I have to
weed through all the smae old emails.

Is there a setting so the emails will be removed from the server or
something to prevent this from the future.
