Email Rule and contacts folder

How do you set up a email rule that will look at email in
your contacts folder.

Example:

A rule that will move a email from your inbox to a
specific folder, if that email address resides in your
contacts folder.

The only option I see in the rules wizard is 'people or
distribution list'

But that means when I add a new contact I would have to
add them to the distrubution list or manually add their
email to the rule.

I don't want to bother with all that. I want 1 rule that
looks at my contacts folder, or anybody I add to the
contacts folder in the future.
