email settings

I have copied pst file from one laptop to another (both 2002). Doesn't
matter how much I read, I can't figure out how to get the email accounts
over. Help.

You can't easily do this, not without playing in the registry, I believe. I
usually just recreate the accounts.
The file & settings transfer wizard in Windows XP may be of some use, as may
be the Office "Save My Settings" wizard in your program menu....

You need to use the Microsoft Office Save My Settings Wizard. See

However, the E-mail security settings are not saved. You'll have to reset
those manually.
