Emailing docs to clients for changes

I can't seem to find any info on emailing forms and docs to clients for them
to make changes to and send back via email for me to update.
Specifically, I have a form with checkboxes and text area fields which they
could designate various options and preferences. How can I send them the
forms and receive them back containing there edits/changes?
