EMAILING FROM EXCEL

I heard that there's a way for Excel to automatically email me when I set up
a specific criteria. For example, if I want to be notified when a total
reaches 10000. does anyone know if it's possible for Excel to do this?

for emailing code. Now just use the worksheet_change event to trigger
this email code
