Emailing Page from IE7

Just today I tried Emailing a page from the Internet by using File/Send/Page
By Email and it will no longer respond. And if I try to open Outlook 2007
right afterward it will not open. I have to restart my computer to open
Outlook and then send the page from the Internet. How can I correct this
problem?
Thanks,
C J

Is Outlook running as a process in Task Manager? Try closing all instances
of outlook.exe in task manager and see if it works then.

Some common reasons why Outlook will not shut down completely when you click
either the X or Exit:

1. PDA synchronization software with your PDA in the cradle.
2. WinFax Pro (especially 10.02 in Outlook 2003) - contact their support
for an alleged fix.
3. Franklin-Covey Plan Plus!
4. COM Add-ins.
5. Mail reminder add-ins that keep a stub of Outlook open in the background
to check for new mail and fire reminders.
6. Anti-virus/firewall programs that are set to scan incoming and outgoing
mail.
7. Skype - upgrade to their newest version
8 Infuzer
9. iTunes - the latest problem application.

Thanks for your reply. Outlook is not showing in Task Manager. 1. No PDA,
2. No WinFaxPro, 3.No, 4. No 5. No, 6. Will check 7. No, 8. No, 9. Did not
download the latest update.
If you have another suggestions, let me know.

Thanks,
