Emailing Publisher 2003 with Outlook 2002

D

Dima

Since I use Outlook 2002 I don't see an option to Preview Email
when creating an email-type publication.

Is it possible and how can I email this email publication with Outlook 2002?

That is, is it possible to open the publication outside of Publisher 2003
for emailing?

Thank you.

You would need Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express 6 to work with the email
features of Publisher 2003.

|| Thank you for your message. I know from the Publisher 2003 help

Unfortunately, there is not any other apps supporting this unless you indeed
change your default app to OE 6 or Outlook 2003.

You could convert the Publisher publication to HTML, then copy/paste into a
new email message in Outlook 2002, but I am afraid you will have a
nightmare, lose formatting and possibly not retain pictures.

The other option is to convert to PDF and email.
