Emails are deleted automatically

I have two Microsoft Outlook profiles. In one of the profiles, my emails that are sent to me are being automatically deleted once I read them and not reply and deleted after I reply.
Any tips so that I can save these emails and so that I can be the one to delete them.

Check your view settings to make sure you aren't viewing only unread
messages....

Check to see if you have any rules setup that delete an
eamil after you reply.

Look under Tools, Rules Wizard to see if there are any
rules that state that delete after replying.
