emails have started printing in memo style, how can I change this

I have started experiencing when printing emails that they are printing in
memo style versus what was normal before. Consequently everytime I print I
have to get up and go to the printer and hit the start print button to print
the email. I never had this problem before and when I go to Print, Define
Styles, it only shows Memo style. What is causing this to happen and how can
I change it?
