Embedded images not visable

I created my presentation in Office 2003, using full page jpgs as background
graphics on my master page. My client, using Office 2000, cannot see the
embedded graphics. I have done this many times before with no problems.
Client is a computer company basically comprised of Linux users. Could this
be a user error?

I haven't heard of this issue going from 2003 to 2000. Usually it's the other
way around!

Only thing I can think is it's an issue with the video drivers or hardware
acceleration, but that would be very odd if *all* the users were experiencing
it.

Are you positive they're using 2000? Also, how did you insert the JPGs into
the slide backgrounds?
