I have an issue with MS Outlook 2003 with SP3. The user receives an email
message or a meeting request with an embedded email message and she cannot
open the embedded message.
Without having MS Word as the editor turned on, nothing happens, no error
message.
With having MS Word selected as the email editor she will receive an error
message of "This object was created in Outlook. This application is not
available to open this object. Make sure the application ins properly
installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed." The title
bar of this pop-up box is MS Office Word.
Side note, it tried to install MS Publisher when she double clicked on the
item.
