Embedded word tables expand in PowerPoint

Hi all,

I have asked this question before. I have a problem with a PowerPoint file.
The file contains embedded word tables. I have to change the text in these
word tables. For this I double click on the table, change the text and click
outside the table to close and return to PowerPoint. The problem is: The
table expands and spills over the edges of the slide. I cannot resize
the table. I have changed the Office version from Office 2003 to Office XP,
but the problem is still there.
