Empty entries in Outlook contact

V

Volker Traudt

I have more than 30,000 empty contact entries in my Outlook Contact folder.
How can I get rid of them?

I am using Outlook 2002 with Win XP Pro.

Thanks

How did you manage that? Can you sort them in such a way that they are all
in-line? Like sort them on e-mailaddress? If they all have no address this
will group them and you can delete them by selecting like a 100 (or even
more; depends on your system) at a time.

You might need to change view for this by using View-> Current View-> Phone
list
