enable file and print sharing error in installing office

I am trying to install MS Office Small Business Edition. I get an error
message 'enable file and print sharing', and its enabled in the PC under
network connections.

Not sure what other 'file and print sharing' services, if any, needs to be
enabled.

I am experiencing the same problem when installing ACT! I turned off the
Symantec antivirus and am still receiving an erro directing me to allow file
and print sharing.
