How do I sync my Entourage calendar "On My Computer" with my calendar on our
Exchange server?

Can you be more specific about why you would want to do this? If you
have your Exchange account set up in Entourage, a local cache of your
calendar data will already be in the program. There shouldn't be any
need to make a second copy.

Thanks for responding. Two reaasons: first, we've just started with an Exchange server, and my partner has unknowingly been using his "On My Computer" calendar rather than the "Exchange" calendar. I'm trying to figure out how to migrate his current calendar data to his Exchange calendar without having to re-enter everything manually. Second, I'm just trying to understand how Entourage actually works. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for responding. Two reaasons: first, we've just started with

to figure out how to migrate his current calendar data to his
Exchange calendar without having to re-enter everything manually.
Second, I'm just trying to understand how Entourage actually works.

The easiest method, IMHO, is this:

1. Switch to Calendar view in Entourage.
2. Select "All Events" under "Calendar Views" on the left. This will
give you a list of everything in all calendars.
3. If necessary, click the "Folder" column header to sort events between
your Calendar "On My Computer" and the Exchange Calendar.
4. Shift-click to select multiple messages in the message lift on the right.
5. Drag the selected messages onto the Exchange Calendar to copy them over.

Hope this helps!
