Entourage and Exchange

I setup a MAC user using Entourage. He has a set of personnel folders
in his entourage database. I set him up using the exchange option in
Entourage which setup his Exchange folder list, and downloaded his e-
mails. Then he began to notice some weirdness in that some of his e-
mails would go to his personnel inbox folder and some would stay in
his exchange inbox. There are no rules setup in entourage or
exchange. I did try at one point setting up a rule to move all new
mail to his exchange inbox but it didn't work. He has no other
accounts in entourage. I tried setting it up via IMAP but that
seemed to have the same problems. I'm wondering if at this point i'm
just missing something simple and because I'm no MAC guy just don't
know where the option is. I would like to get rid of his entourage
personnel folders and just have him using the exchange ones. Anyone
have any Ideas?

I had an issue where ALL of the Exchange mail was going into the Inbox
on the computer. It turned out that the Mailing List Manager had an
item enabled in it that was moving all the mail. It seems that these
work like rules. Check it out under the 'Tools' menu. It's very easy
to enable it without meaning to. All you need to do is select New in
the Mailing List Manager Dialog, then hit OK and it defaults to the
above mentioned behavior. All I had to do was delete the item.
