Our company recently installed an Exchange 2003 server. I also migrated all
of our users to Entourage 2008 SP1 from Apple's Mail.
Over the weekend the upgrade went well - all of the messages in the users
Inbox were synchronized with Entourage quickly. I started having problems
on Monday when I had a couple more users to migrate and they stopped
synchronizing. This now happens for all users - if I try to set up an
existing user on a new identity it won't synchronize, even though it worked
fine last weekend. I have about 30 users connecting to the Exchange server.
The problem seems to be folders with more than about 75 messages in them -
they try to synchronize for a while but no messages show up.
Any ideas?
