Entourage Not Showing Contacts

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I am running Entourage 2008 WSE (vr 13.0.3) and Exchange 2007.

A few weeks ago the exchange server went down for about a day due to a power failure. When it came back online only a few of my contacts would show in Entourage. On my PC at work, they all showed fine. If I empty the cache in my contacts folder I can see that Entourage sees all the contacts (the progress bar says "1/168", "2/168" and so on) but when its done syncing only about 5 show up in Entourage.

The strange thing is when I empty the cache again, a different 5 will show up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am running Entourage 2008 WSE (vr 13.0.3) and Exchange 2007.

Try deleting your Exchange account from Entourage and setting it up
again. This will copy everything down again.

If that doesn't work then use Entourage menu --> Switch Identity... to
create a new identity. Set up your account again. This will start a new
Database and eliminate any potential Database corruption.

If that too doesn't work then you may have some corruption in your
account itself. At this point, I would suggest asking your Exchange
administrator to look into any repairs he can make to it on the server.
He may need to recreate your mailbox.

I've tried all those things and its still not working. Since I last posted, I got a MacBook Pro and have entourage WSE installed running the same account. It is doing the exact same thing.

William, If I ask my hosting co (exchangemymail.com) to &quot;recreate&quot; my mailbox will I loose all my data?
