Can anyone help with this thorny issue? Every once in a while, I send
an html 12 pt Arial font email from 2004 Entourage (Office 1126
update) to an Outlook 2003 user. The email that is received in Outlook
looks more like 6pt type. Worse yet, when they respond back with my
original email below, my font shrinks even smaller. This will go on
until the font is nothing more than a straight line--completely
non-visible. The little I have found on this subject say it is a Mac to
PC html thing--but it only happens to certain Outlook users and we do
not have the luxury of switching to plain text. Is there any
work-around to this? I aslo have Outlook on a PC, and I can find no
setting in "options" that would explain this.
