Envelope formatting in Word XP

When selecting an address for an envelope using Word XP, the address always
contains "United State of America". What do I need to do to eliminate this
line by default

If you use the postal address field in an AddressLayout autotext (see
http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm ) the country information should be
suppressed for the country associated with the language version that you are
using in Windows. Thus if you are using US English, you should not see
United States of America. If it persists you can choose instead the
individual address fields as you require them, or use a macro to
conditionally insert the country (also shown on that web page).
