Envelope in PUBLISHER with specific document?

I would like to "attach" an envelope and format to a note I print in
Publisher. I know that this can be accomplished in WORD, but I can't seem to
do it in Publisher. Can you help? Thanks!

No. Publisher cannot handle different size documents in one file.
