envelope layout

I am having problems with my envelope layout (I have Microsoft 2003). I have changed the address layout on my documents (that was easy). My addresses in envelopes and labels are coming out without a company name and even sometimes the name comes out as an email address. It is very time consuming when trying to get several envelopes out and having to stop and edit them

I have gone into styles and formatting, but there isn't anything there to really change the layout. I have also attempted changing the layout in auto format. That didn't work either

Does anyone know (in detail) how to fix this
