I have a document of 117 envelopes that I've created. The problem is the font
size and paragraph spacing needs to be changed on all of them. How do I do
this?

If you are using Publisher 2002 or later, you could write a macro to do this
for you.

Create a new style from the Styles and Formatting taskpane. You can select a new
font and paragraph spacing, save and apply to your envelopes, hopefully you
don't have 117 different files. Hypothetically you should only have to do one
envelope and the rest will follow.
