Equation Editor

Hello All!
Whenever I use equation editor in a word (200) document and then try to save
that document, it tells me that the disk is full. I have tried saving the
document to blank disks, or even to my hardrive (with 90 gigs of free space),
but it won't let me save the document anywhere until I take all the equation
editor pieces out. Does anyone have any suggestions?
