Error #1642 : Office XP on SP 1update...

Hi..
I have Office XP Pro.. Recently I have had to reinstall my
Office XP Pro due to an update problem hangs..
Now after removing and reinstalling, I cannot download the
SP1 Update .I get an error message:
Microsoft Office HotFix installer has encountered a
problem #1642...
Can anyone help?
