After opening a saved document and making changes, I then
try to close and save changes. Instead of the usual "do
you want to save these changes" message, I get a message
that the "document is already in use by (my name)" and I
cannot save the changes unless I do a "save as". The
documents are not open/minimized in the task bar, there
are no other programs open, there are no other users on
my computer and my computer is not networked. How can I
eliminate/fix this error message? This occurs in Word,
Excel, Access, etc. Thank you in advance.
