I can send email but not receive it? anyone see this
before in Outlook 2000?

I have seen this happen when the entwork gets to slow and
times out.
We are having this same problem now. With a group of our
users.
I looked up 'Outlook time out' on the web and saw that a
lot of people are having this happen with DSL.
I saw something about setting the MTU to 1400 you might
want to read about this.
