Error Message 1935 while installing Office 2007

I am trying to install Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2007 on a new Dell laptop
that is running Vista and i keep getting the error message and then the
install rolls back and ends. What can I do to get past this? My laptop did
not come with any Office programs on it. I removed the Outlook Add-In and it
still won't install.
