Error message in every time I open an Outlook message...

Since downloading a recent security update from Windows Update, I get this
very annoying message every time I try to open or create a new mail message:



Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this
page. As a result, this page may not display correctly...



I would appreciate any advice on how to turn this off. I tried several boxes
under "security" but with no result (I guess I did not diable the right
box.).
