Error message on closing/Hyperlink problem

Hi,
1) Despite running Scanpst and doing all I can to clean
and compact Outlook, I continue to get the message that
Outlook needs to close when I've *just closed* it! Any
solution?
2) Having run a registry cleaner, I've started having
problems with hyperlinks in Outlook messages - had to
find the browser first of all, and now the address is
marked as an internal file number before the URL.
Any help appreciated!
