I have not been able to recreate this instance at a
location other than my client's specific project. He
accidentally changed duration on task ID 2 when he meant
to change Work. When we did this, we got an error that
said task ID 4, which is a fixed duration task, with a
duration of 0 days (milestone) would change duration. It
increased the duration of 0 days to 1.22 days and
actually inserted Actual Work on that task! It was at 0
hrs and it increased to 1 hr.
Why would Project 2002 increase Actual Work on a task
that had 0 hrs for work and 0 hrs for duration and no
work had been reported on that task?
