Error message when I start Outlook 2000

When I start up OL 2000, I get an error msg that
says "a .dll file could not be installed; your pc may be
out of memory...." I installed Outlook 2000 on a
partition (D) of my C drive. I never got this error
message in previous installations of OL 2000. Any
suggestions are appreciated.
