error message when saving file

I received error message when I try to save file in Publisher. The message
is: Publisher cannot launch or communicate with the OLE server program needed
to complete this task. There may not be enough disk space, or there may be a
problem with the server program. To make more disk space available , deleted
some unneeded files on your hard disk. If you suspect a problem with the
server program, try reinstall it. Then try the task again.
Our IT checked my computer and he said there is plenty of memories left.
Please help!

Do you have an anti-virus application? See what happens if you disable it. Do a
detect and repair from help. Where are you trying to save the file? Can you save
it locally and then copy it to the network?

Actually I got this error message when I double- clicked the publisher page (
not when I saved the flle as mentioned below) and try to get to source
documents which are linked to Publisher.

When I tried to update the Publisher, the error message is:
cannot update object. Window may be low in memory or disk space, or an
object may not be correctly registed.

There is an article in the Knowledge Base that addresses this, but it gives no
solution, mainly it is for Publisher 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 97, somehow Publisher
2003 is ignored even though it says at the bottom of the page it applies to
Publisher 2003. You might get some enlightenment reading it.
