I have just got my new PC up and running at work and it is loaded with XP
Pro and Office 2007. The problem is that sometimes I cannot open custom
forms and I get the following message: "The custom form canot be opened.
Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. An error occured registering the
form in the OLE registry." If I reboot my computer the problem goes away,
but the next day it returns. I leave my computer powered up when I leave
the office because I remote in to it in the evenings, so it doesn't normally
get rebooted every day.
Our organization uses Exchange 2000, and most users are running Office 2003
on XP Pro machines. The forms are opened in shared folders, and several of
are now using Office 2007, but no one else appears to be having a problem.
Any ideas anyone?
