Error printing with Visio 2003

Dear All,

when I want to print document with Visio 2003 sp1 which was created from
visio 2000 on HP Printers 4000 or 5000, the print out is incorrect (bad
characters).
But if I print the same documents and same printers with Visio 2000 sp1,
they print well.
Do you have any ideas about why the issue ?
