Error Signature???

I've completed my database, reviewed and tested all forms and reports a few
days ago and suddenly today when I attempt to open/run various reports I
receive an "Error Signature" message appears and once 'OK' or 'Debug' is
clicked the database shuts down. The error message reads...

EventType: BEX P1:MSACCESS.EXE P2:11.0.6566.0 P3:42cdb33e
P4:MSACCESS.EXE P5:11.0.6566.0 P6:42cdb33e P7:004121fc P8:c0000409
P9:00000000

Has anyone every experienced this error? If so, how can it be fixed.
Access will not allow me to enter the queries or reports in Design View to
make the necessary changes. How can I "get behind" the scenes to fix this
problem without having to recreate all of my queries and reports?

At times like this, nothing beats a good backup. In fact make a complete
backup of your database now and put it away for safe keeping.
