error starting MS help

I am getting "error starting MS help" while trying to use help menu in Word?

I had not attempted to use help since my original posting. I tried it today
and it seems to be working fine...does that make sense?

Who knows what could have caused the error but if it's working again
it appears to have worked itself out.
