Error starting MS Help

I get the eror message when I try and use help in any MS Office XP programe
e.g. Excel, Access, Word etc. I've reloaded XP Office, ran various "Fix it"
programs and installed Windows XP SP2. The actual help files are on the PC
and can be run manually.
