Error when booting up

I get the message upon boot up: "Microsoft office outlook cannot run the
add-in. This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install
it now?" I get this when I'm not even opening Outlook. I am also having
Outlook issues with it looking for an Office XP MSI file every time I open
Outlook and every single time I get an email - When I am using Office
2003/Outlook 2003. Any ideas? Could this be a Windows issue since it
happens on boot-up? Please let me know. Any help is very appreciated. Thank
you.
