Error when connecting to Project server 2002

Hi,
I have upgraded my project 2000 database to project
server 2002 and installed everything afresh but I am
unable to login to Project Server or connect to it through
Project Professional 2002. The error is as follows :-

"Your account does not have permissions to log on. You
need to change the account in your profile or contact your
server administrator to give your account permissions to
log on to this server. (5016)".

Please advise.
