error when starting any Office applications

Office has been installed for over a year on this computer & now when
open Outlook, Word or Excel, i get an error that reads "Microsof
Outlook has not been installed for the current user. Please run setup
to install the application." Problem is, there's only 1 user on thi
computer & i've tried to repair from disk, uninstall & reinstall
nothing works!!! I'm running Windows XP. Can anyone help me
