Error while closing outlook

When closing Outlook 2000 (on W2K OS) get the error
message: "Outlook.exe has generated errors and will be
closed by windows" This only happens when user closes
outlook. The program seems to run fine otherwise. Would
like to get rid of this error message. Searched knowledge
base but could not find anything. Does anyone know how to
fix this? Thanks.
