Error x9004010f

I'm trying to setup a MS Exchange Mail account using
outlook 2002 running on xp pro. I type the server name
then my mailbox name and check name It is then I recv the
error x9004010f -- no explanation.

My pop3 account is running ok

Can anyone help me please?
