EULA won't go away

I have an installation of Office 2000 Pro that will not
run without presenting the EULA agreement (like you get
when it runs for the first time). I've "fixed and
repaired" it and reinstalled it, all to no avail. Running
on Windows 2000 Pro.

Accept as *the* administrator (/not/ an administrative user).
