I was exploring doing EV with MS Project 2003 and found two problems that I
couldn't resolve. First, the task EAC cost was always equal to as BAC even
when there was either a positive or negative variance. The task EAC did not
match the calculated value using the formula in the MS information.
Also, the VAC was calculated correctly at the task level, but not at the
summary task level.
Any ideas why this would happen?
