Excel 2007 my view vs printing

When I change my font to what I want to see, for example, Courier New, so
letter line up exactly, my page still show some TT font. Prints will reveal
the correct font, but the size or different then what I viewed. So what did
I turn on by mistake, as I have not found that feature to turn on or off.
